Tech visionaries with impressive industry experience!
Svetlin Todorov is an entrepreneur in the field of advertising with more than 20 years of experience in the sector of telecommunications, media and technology (TMT). He founded his first company "A-team" - an international advertising agency in 1997 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Later, he focused on the outdoor advertising industry, creating ATA Advertising Ltd. He joined the company and co-established Allterco JSCo in 2004 taking over the responsibility for the management and business strategies of the Group.
Dimitar Dimitrov is an IT entrepreneur and technology visionary. He started his first company shortly before graduating from high school. It specialized in software development for 8 and 16 bit computers. His next project was REAL TV – a cable television, which provides services in Studentski grad, Kazichene and Busmantsi, as well as in Plovdiv and Krumovo. He is the founder of the newspapers PC Review, Computers and Peripherals and GSM Review.
Dimitar Dimitrov started his business relations with mobile operators in 2002, creating the company DVR OOD, which subsequently became part of Terra Communications AD – a leading company in the development of mobile solutions, platforms and applications. Today he is the CEO of the holding Allterco JSCo, which unites under its umbrella 7 companies. Dimitar Dimitrov is the founder of the IoT business of the Group in his role of a manager first and a director of "Research and Development" later. His main activity is the development of new IoT products and projects.
Tim Young heads up North American distributor relations for Allterco Robotics US, makers of the award-winning Shelly automation and IoT products. Shelly’s line of proven smart relays, plugs and sensors are uniquely designed to deliver the flexibility and connectivity needed to make smart buildings and IoT solutions a reality.
He has more than 25 years of experience building relationships across the electrical wholesale and smart home automation industries. He is focused on building Allterco’s distribution network across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Prior to joining Shelly, Tim was a partner and president of Interstate Electric and continued to lead and grow the company after its acquisition by Crescent Electric Supply Company, one of the largest electrical distributors in the United States. He has also served as a regional vice president and board member for the National Association of Electrical Distributors.
Tom Lenahan heads up North American sales for Allterco Robotics US, makers of the award-winning Shelly IOT smart home products. Shelly’s line of proven smart relays, plugs and sensors are uniquely designed to deliver the flexibility and connectivity needed to make home automation, smart buildings and IoT-based products a reality.
With more than 25 years of smart home automation industry experience and a unique ability to translate market needs into solutions, Tom is focused on building a network of Shelly distributors, OEM partners and installers across the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America.
Prior to joining Shelly, Tom held executive sales positions at home automation heavyweights X-10 and Remotec Technology. He also built several pioneering businesses that pushed Z-Wave technology and IoT to the forefront of the home automation and smart apartment markets. He has been a member of CEDIA and the Security Industry Association (SIA) and was a founding member of the Home Automation Association.
Doug Roberson is the Chief Technology Officer at Allterco Robotics US, makers of the award-winning Shelly smart home products. Shelly’s line of proven smart relays, plugs and sensors are uniquely designed to deliver the flexibility and connectivity needed to make home automation, smart buildings and IoT-based products a reality.
Doug is often tapped by the media as a home automation and IoT expert and is the leading technical liaison between Shelly and its network of North American distributors, OEM partners and installers. He also collaborates with third party partners to foster continued Shelly product compatibility and integration along with helping manufacturers improve the ways in which they use Shelly’s solutions.
Doug has been building computers, experimenting with electronics, and working on networks since his teens. Prior to joining Shelly, he developed Xeebot, a WiFi-based home security system, and worked as a software engineer.
